Quick and Easy Chili

This is my quick and easy chili recipe. My husband is normally the chili cook in the family. He makes, by far, the best chili I have ever had. But when he makes so much that we have leftovers for day and enough to fill our freezer. I just wanted a simple, down sided recipe.

What You'll Need: Ground beef, can of diced tomatoes, can of kidney beans, can of tomato sauce, onion, water and a Chili seasoning mix.
Brown the beef,
and add the diced onion; cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the tomato sauce
and diced tomatoes.
Stir in the kidney beans and
the chili seasoning.
Fill the tomato sauce can half way with water and pour that in as well.
Let simmer over medium-low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with your favorite chili toppings and enjoy.

Recipe
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 (15 oz) can of tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can of diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 Chili seasoning mix, any hotness
1 cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
In large skillet, brown the ground beef, drain the fat and return to skillet. Add the diced onions and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes on medium-low heat.

Serve hot and enjoy!!!
