My plan was to make regular peanut butter cookies, but then I realized I only had about 1/4 cup of flour left so I searched the internet and saw this recipe. These are really good especially if you have someone in your family who can eat flour.
What You'll Need: Sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, an egg and some salt.
In a large bowl throw in the sugar,
peanut butter,
egg and vanilla.
Mix together...
and roll into 1 inch size balls.
Flatten the cookies using a fork to make a crisscross shape.
Sprinkle with some salt and put them in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!!!
Sebastian loved them :)
