Lemon Whipper Snappers

It's Friday Sweet Day, and these cookies are a family favorite. We make them every year during our annual Christmas Cookie Cooking Week-End and with only 4 ingredients they're super easy to make.

What You'll Need: Box of lemon cake mix, frozen cool whip, egg, and powdered sugar.
Add the lemon cake mix, 1 egg, and half (4oz) of the frozen cool whip.
Stir until everything is well mixed. The dough will be very, very stinky.
Roll the dough into golf ball size balls. You will need to spray your hands with cooking spray or dip your hands into some water (like I did) to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.
Pour the powdered sugar onto a small plate. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar.
Place balls 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Recipe
1 (15.25 oz) box of Lemon cake mix
1 egg
2 cups (4 oz) frozen cool whip
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together the cake mix, egg and cool whip. Roll the dough into golf ball size balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Place them 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper and grease. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
